Abstract

For a quantitative description of any physical phenomenon, we need physical quantities of different types. Usually when teaching physics courses in technical higher educational institutions, they divide two types of physical quantities: scalar and vector ones. In the present study, we offer a bit different typing (classification). Namely, we specify scalar, algebraic, complex, and vector quantities. The first two are set with a single number however, for scalar quantities, this number never becomes negative whereas, for algebraic, it might have negative and positive values. For example, the modulus of a vector is scalar but the projection of a vector to an axis is algebraic quantity. Such dividing, in our opinion, has several advantages with respect to the commonly used one. First, it allows to check in any physical equation not only dimensions but also the type of physical quantities; this helps to cut off a priory wrong formulas. Second, such typing is already shows through the standard students’ textbooks implicitly. After discussion of the advantages of our typing, we present a table where about 60 physical quantities necessary for studding physics in a technical university are collected and typed. We believe that our typing will help future bachelors of engineering and technology to use successfully knowledge obtained during the studding general physics, the obtained skills will be useful when studying special disciplines as well as in their future professional activities.

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of the use of educational technologies by teachers for the development of information competence. The application and development of information competence is very important at the present stage of education. First, the essence of information competence is described from different points of view in various scientific and theoretical works. Scientific researchers distinguish three stages of its development, which are conventionally designated as «Application – Adaptation – Development». The study of the level of development of information competence of teachers before and after the development of an electronic educational environment. At the beginning of the testing, the main ICTs used in daily practice by teachers of different age groups and work experience were identified. Further, we determined the behavior strategy of teachers of different age groups and based on work experience. Then the level of development of teachers' information competence was revealed by means of a diagnostic card. The number of respondents was 100 people of different age groups: under 30 years old, from 30 to 40 years old, from 40 to 50 years old, over 50 years old. Based on work experience, the study participants were divided into the following groups: experience up to 1 year, from 1 year to 3 years, from 3 years to 5 years, more than 5 years. There was a decrease in the level of information competence and the use of ICT with experience and with increasing age. It is revealed that the strategy of teachers' behavior in the field of information competence development tends to grow with a decrease in age and seniority. However, after the development of an electronic educational environment by teachers, the high level of information competence increased significantly in all the studied groups by age and experience.

Abstract

The relevance of the topic of distance learning has increased in the context of the epidemiological threat caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors of the article note that it was the teacher who found himself in the most difficult situation. The authors proceed from the fact that distance learning is a controlled process, a type of educational activity organized and carried out by an educational institution with the help of media technologies and various educational resources that go beyond the traditional time and space constraints of an educational institution. The article is devoted to the consideration of the basic levels of distance learning culture. The authors of the article give the concept of "culture of distance" learning, reveal its structure. According to the authors of the article, the culture of distance learning consists of 4 levels: the level of teaching, the level of students, the level of technology and the level of method. In the presented materials, the level of teaching and the level of students are considered. The teaching level of distance learning culture is considered on the example of the BIGBLUBATON system in conditions of difficult-tovisible distance learning. The authors state that the teaching level of distance learning culture today is very much dependent on the previous development of teaching skills and knowledge of the teacher himself. Highlighting the level of students is associated with the main perspective of learning: teacher-student. Attributing students to either an object or a subject of learning gives grounds for considering it as a key figure in the learning process. The authors state that at this level there is a need to take into account and monitor the capabilities and changes of students, so that the formation of knowledge, beliefs and norms of behavior does not take place in vain, but aimingly and qualitatively.

Abstract

The article considers the possibility of using the technology of creative workshops in academic studies and independent work of students in the system of art and pedagogical education. The technology of creative workshops in the system of art and pedagogical education at the level of higher education is aimed not so much at obtaining readymade knowledge, but at organizing educational space and time, at searching for this knowledge through various forms of work. This technology fits well into the practice-oriented learning model, which is based on fundamental provisions focused on the independence and freedom of students, cooperation between the teacher and the student, which allows not only to transfer knowledge and skills from teacher to student in the process of classroom and self-study, but and organize mutual learning between all participants in the educational process. The teacher thus acts as a facilitator who organizes the educational space and time, where each of the students gets the opportunity to express themselves, taking into account individual abilities and preferences. The application of the "creative workshop" technology in the system of higher artistic and pedagogical education is based on the development of professional competencies in the field of fine arts. A student in a creative workshop tries on various professional roles (artist, teacher, student, etc.), which helps to expand the range of his interests and develop professional competencies.
The article also describes the essential provisions, reveals the potential of this technology and the possibility of its implementation at the level of higher education. The results of applying the technology of creative workshops in academic studies at the Faculty of Arts of the Omsk State Pedagogical University are analyzed. The authors concluded that the technology of creative workshops solves the issues of combining educational, creative and pedagogical activities in the educational process.

Abstract

The article discusses the order of interrogation using video conference communication. The necessary technical capabilities are understood as the availability of high-quality audio and video communication. It is proposed to give preference to video recording tools integrated into video communication services. The lack of indication of subjects who can be interrogated using videoconferencing is negatively assessed. It is noted that it is inappropriate to interrogate a suspect (accused) due to the complexity of ensuring the right to qualified legal assistance and the need to conduct other procedural actions with these participants that require their personal participation. The comparative analysis with the foreign legislation of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus and Estonia is carried out. It is proposed that the traditional paper form of the transcript be replaced by an electronic document signed by an electronic digital signature when interrogating by video conference. The authors allow the use of publicly available video conference services for the conduct of investigative actions when interrogating a participant of criminal proceedings located outside the Russian Federation in the premises of the diplomatic mission. The impossibility of conducting an investigative action in the traditional format was named as the key condition of interrogation in remote format. In conclusion, the prospects of a new mechanism for the production of investigative actions are noted.

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of determining the stability of the banking system and the main indicators that determine the effectiveness of this area, affecting the economic security of the country. The authors propose an approach to the system of indicators of the stability of the banking system, characterized by the allocation of such key indicators, the level of which depends on the activities of the credit institutions themselves. The article analyzes the current state of the performance indicators of banks and assesses the level of implementation of each of them according to the established threshold value.
The article includes the study of various theoretical approaches to determining the indicators of the stability of the banking system. Scientific methods of materials analysis, method of comparisons, synthesis and generalization of the collected data were used to conduct the research. The research is based on analytical materials and statistical data of the Federal State Statistics Service and the Bank of Russia.
The main results of the study show that the stable and stable functioning of credit institutions directly affects the ability of the national financial system to withstand external threats, and therefore to ensure the economic security of Russia. It was revealed that when assessing the implementation of key indicators by the banking sector, the low degree of capitalization of banks, problems with overdue debts, the presence of a significant number of unprofitable credit institutions, as well as a low degree of confidence in this area from depositor clients remains an acute problem.
Using the approach proposed by the authors to the analysis of indicators of the stability of the banking system at the macro level, it is possible to identify key negative trends in the work of credit institutions and suggest that the mega-regulator concentrate regulatory measures aimed at achieving the threshold values of the studied indicators by banks.

Abstract

The article discusses the development of conceptual approaches to understanding the essence of the category «controlling». The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need to improve methodological approaches to building controlling in the industrial sector of the economy, which would have broader functions in accordance with modern conditions of functioning of economic entities and taking into account the uncertainty of the external environment.
The research is carried out on the basis of theoretical methods of study, generalization and analysis. The basis of the work is the fundamental works of domestic and foreign authors on controlling issues.
Based on the analysis of scientific works of various authors, the necessity of improving methodological approaches to building controlling in the industrial sector of the economy is substantiated. The analysis of the existing modern Russian scientific ideas about such a definition as «controlling» in the course of this study allowed us to determine the relationship between controlling and management. Some authors define controlling as one of the management tools; others believe that controlling includes all management tools; still others say that controlling is an independent concept and is completely different from management. In the course of the study, it was found that the main functionality of controlling is to perform an information function, as well as the function of supporting managerial decision-making. A number of experts in the field of controlling activities also name some atypical factors that determine the essence of controlling, such as, for example, the implementation of the optimization process by controlling; assessment of risks accompanying the activities of an economic entity and the development of measures aimed at minimizing them; the use of various tools and methods of managing the company's activities aimed at preventing the negative impact of environmental uncertainty.
Summarizing the results of the analysis of the essence of controlling from the point of view of Russian and foreign theorists and practitioners, it can be noted that controlling is a tool in the management of the development of the company's activities, which is based on the assessment of its financial condition and other economic information, and focused on results-based management based on adaptation processes.

Abstract

The article deals with topical issues related to one of the main elements of the management structure, namely triads, which are directly related to the management process. The relevance of the study of triads is determined by the fact that at present many different concepts, methods, methods and principles have been formed that contribute to the improvement of management processes, however, there is no one most universal method that can be used everywhere, regardless of the scope of the organization, the stage of its development, as well as the level at which it is used this method. The introduction of triads can lead to the satisfaction of all the above requirements. The object of the study is the composition of management. The subject of the study is the triad, which is one of the key elements of the composition of management. The purpose of the work is to study the triad as a key element of the composition of management, to identify the main components that are included in the triad, as well as their justification. The methods used include general scientific ones: analysis of literature sources, generalization and systematization of the information received. The result of the study is to identify three main elements included in the triad, which will be the most versatile and adaptable to any conditions and requirements of the organization. These elements are interrelated, which leads to the possibility of further improvement of both the model itself and the activities of the organization, which adjusts its actions to this model. The results of the study can be applied in practice by various companies. The triads revealed in the course of the study can be introduced into the management process of both the entire organization and its individual
divisions.

Abstract

Nowadays, ESG-positioning has become a key direction in the business environment, considering the risks and opportunities that affect the long-term value of an organization's brand. The positioning approach presented includes aspects of the ESG-concept related to environmental protection (climate change, depletion of natural resources, renewable energy opportunities, etc.), social business issues (such as working conditions, product quality, access to healthcare, and others) and company management (business ethics, top management remuneration, etc.). The modern ESG-concept is based on the sustainable development goals, but does not necessarily imply that the organization is actively working on each of them. The concepts of «environment», «social sphere» and «governance» cover a number of factors that together form an idea of the organization's performance in relation to financial sustainability, social equity and corporate justice.
The concept of sustainable development is important not only for organizations, but also for consumers. Thus, a well-formed brand with a clear positioning has a comprehensive impact on the target audience, including through the principles, values and positive corporate actions of the organization, which customers integrate into their consumer behavior, which has a positive impact on the formation of loyalty.
The article presents a marketing approach to positioning an organization based on ESG aspects. The result is the direction of marketing activities for the development of a marketing communications strategy and the formation of an ESG positioning as a basis for promoting the existing environmental, social and governance characteristics of an organization's strategy among its consumers, partners, investors, and other interested contact groups in accordance with the corporate purpose and mission.
