Abstract
Digital transformation of companies is a natural process of development of the world economy. The national program "Digital Economy" sets targets for the creation of information and telecommunications infrastructure for high-speed transmission, processing and storage of large amounts of data for all organizations. digitalization of companies is considered as the transformation of business models and the introduction of digital technologies in the main business processes to increase productivity. The study analyzes industries that have implemented or are planning to implement digital technologies. As the study showed, the race for digitalization does not take into account the industry characteristics of the company and the differences in the sectors of the economy. Companies in the real sector show low rates of digitalization because the need for digitization of business depends on the non-digital methods of work and the established relationship of the company with consumers. Statistics show that the industries are different the digital technologies used. So, for heavy industry, automation and robotization of production is important. Information and communication technologies (virtualization, remote access, cross-channel communications) are key for the financial and public administration sectors. Digitalization increases the costs of companies in the software. One of the problems of digitalization is the lack of high-quality Russian products created within the framework of current legislation and meeting the needs of business. The article highlights the limitations of digital transformation. The main problems are insufficient funding, low level of digital literacy of employees and managers, lack of digital strategy of companies, uncertainty of legal regulation of digital transformation.

Abstract
The article reveals the impact of the new coronavirus pandemic on Chinese enterprises and its individual industries. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for the economic development of Chinese enterprises in the fight against the pandemic. It is proved that the state needs to pay special attention to reducing taxes and the burden, and take supporting reform measures to reduce the non-tax burden for enterprises. Along with the efforts of industrialization and urbanization to further promote quality development, it is necessary to fully stimulate the potential of the Chinese economy. In line with the above-mentioned incentive measures, combined with the work done to overcome the epidemic as soon as possible. For manufacturing enterprises, the intuitive idea of a moderate expansion of macro-monetary policy is that investment and financing conditions are softened, and loans will become more affordable. Companies that were suspended during the epidemic should prepare in advance to meet the expectations of a better market economy and launch production and operational activities in advance in order to restore their competitiveness. When developing supportive policies, local authorities should also think about how to take full initiative and creatively implement Central policies under the leadership of the Central government. Local governments should take into account their own financial resources and regional conditions, use key points and opportunities, and take targeted actions. Implementation should properly regulate relations between the state and enterprises and strive to improve the level of state management of the social sphere. Mechanisms such as public-private partnerships should be actively implemented to achieve the mission's goals. In the course of the research, we used methods for analyzing companies ' activities and synthesizing data. The results of the work include the following suggested recommendations: 1. development of transformation in foreign trade enterprises aimed at expanding the production and supply of materials for epidemic prevention; 2. implementation of targeted support to expand demand in the domestic market; 3. resumption of production throughout the production chain and improvement of the foreign trade supply chain; 4.development of digital trade.

Abstract
Customer cycle management is essential for differentiation and growth. Firms cannot create customer experiences, but they can track, design, and manage a range of incentives that affect customer experiences. Providing customers with a unique and memorable experience increases the customer value of the service. The value of understanding customer experience lies not only in what services a company offers, but also in how it delivers services to its customers. While adopting a customer-centric approach has expanded the understanding of marketing functions, the focus is still often on production and communication, that is, the service provider rather than the customer. The authors identified the main problem of studying consumer experience through points of contact, it lies in the isolated nature in most cases of the purchase process from all stages of communication that are formed in the course of accumulating customer experience. The article notes the purpose of analyzing scenarios of customer interaction with the company and its services, from the side of the buyer (building a "consumer's route"). The prerequisites and directions of research of the experience of consumers of services are described. An overview of the main methods for studying the various incentives that influence customer experience and customer responses to these incentives is given. Design experiences are presented as an effective way of capturing anticipated customer responses and the corresponding incentives to achieve them along the entire customer journey, allowing to present the big picture, to determine more effective ways of interaction between the customer and the service provider at different levels.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the assessment of risks created by uncertainty in project activities in the field of construction. The aim of the work is to offer management methods to minimize the negative impact of risks based on identifying uncertainty factors of an investment and construction project. The object of the research is a construction organization - a contractor, as an example of a design organization in the field of construction. The methodological basis of the study was made up of key provisions of management theory, systems theory, content analysis of regulatory legal acts and standards for assessing, as well as general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and classification. As a result of the study, approaches to assessing the cost of a project in conditions of uncertainty based on Russian Federal Valuation Standards, British Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and The European Group of Valuers Associations were considered; Clarified the concept of 'uncertainty conditions', which is understood as a set of risks, the probability and / or strength of the impact of which cannot be determined in advance on the basis of existing economic and mathematical models; The factors of uncertainty of the investment and construction project are systematized and the corresponding methods for minimizing risks are proposed. Added to the existing uncertainties is a new 'government authorities' imposition of temporary restrictions on the activities of companies and the movement of labor.' The practical results of the study are proposals for the use of a set of financial, organizational and legal measures that can reduce the negative impact of uncertainty on the implementation of projects in the construction sector, as well as formulations for concluding construction contracts that limit losses in the event of risky events.

Abstract
In the current economic environment, sales revenue from retailers is a key performance indicator. Forecasting this indicator in modern conditions is one of the priority tasks, the solution of which will optimize the enterprise’s activities, competently plan inventory, sales costs, the number of transactions and terms of a commodity loan, as well as make other informed management decisions. Achieving this goal was carried out on the basis of the application of general scientific research methods in the framework of comparative, logical and statistical analysis, as well as through the modeling method. In addition, a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature and a descriptive method were used in the work, allowing to convey the features of forecasting and the multiple regression dependence method. The objective of the research paper is to develop a regression model for predicting the revenue of the trading company. As a result of the study, a multivariate regression model was proposed for predicting the volume of revenues of retailers. For this, the factors that have the greatest impact on the turnover of the trading organization under study were identified, and the effect of each of the factors on the change in sales revenue was identified. The developed regression model was tested for significance and adequacy by calculating the Fisher criterion, the determination coefficient, the Darbin - Watson index, and the calculation of the average approximation error, etc. The developed model is universal and can be used to predict the volume of revenue of enterprises operating in the retail sector, provided that an individual approach is taken to determine the factors of the external and internal environment that affect revenue.

Abstract
This article examines the main research results of modern domestic and foreign authors, devoted to the problems of the relationship between the indicators characterizing inflation in the consumer market and in the manufacturing sector of the economy. This review is the initial stage of the authors' work on creating a system of regional indicators calculated on the basis of official statistical data, taking into account the degree and lags of influence on the consumer price index, and serving as leading indicators of the latter. The purpose of this stage of the study is to empirically substantiate the hypothesis about the possibility of constructing a complex indicator of the producer price index, which plays the role of a marker in the process and models for forecasting consumer inflation for the purposes of monetary policy. The study analyzed domestic sources on the title topic over the past twenty years. Earlier works, due to the lack of a sufficiently long empirical base, are mostly theoretical in nature, referring to the relationship between production and consumer inflation in descriptive models that include cost inflation, justified by macro- and microeconomic logic, but not statistically. On the contrary, the works of foreign authors, especially noticeable from the late 80s - early 90s of the last century, are econometric in nature, with their main task - to establish the relationship of inflation indicators and understand the direction of their mutual influence on the basis of modern methods and approaches (Granger test , VAR models, neural networks, etc.). The main results of the study were identified four types of relationship between inflation indicators, the diversity of which is due to temporal, regional and methodological characteristics. At the same time, half of them allow us to consider the possibility of constructing a new indicator of the “producer price index”, a leading indicator of consumer inflation, as empirically justified, and the authors to continue working on it.

Abstract
The subject of the research is the organization of entrepreneurial activity in the field of fish farming on the territory of the Akhtuba district of the Astrakhan region on the basis of natural technologies. The relevance of the development of entrepreneurial activity, especially in the field of aquaculture cultivation, is difficult to underestimate, since aquaculture is an integral part of consumed food and in conditions of limited fish resources, this only emphasizes the importance of the question posed. The article discusses a project of a phased organization of entrepreneurial activity in the field of fish farming, taking into account the features accompanying each of them. The aim of the project is to facilitate the process of replenishing fish-breeding biological resources, improving the ecological situation, helping to reduce the overall unemployment rate in the region and the economic development of the region. The intended use of natural resources is considered, since an area with favorable climatic conditions for growing aquaculture and convenient terrain features for the location of this farm is selected. The final conclusions of the specifically worked out stages of the project implementation and the tasks to be solved are presented, which in general represents an integral approach to organizing the process of business development - from a cage line to cascade ponds - of a full-system type. The types of fish reared in polyculture have been determined, taking into account the fish-breeding and biological standards for the operation of pond farms. Calculations were made of the costs of the implementation and implementation of the project by stages. The directions of marketing and methods of selling marketable fish are recommended. Further development of this project is supposed - opening of the direction of fishing tourism. In order to automate economic calculations, the software product MS Excel was used, and the article contains the results and conclusions of the calculations and the results of data processing.

Abstract
The article raises the question of the importance of studying the consumer behavior model, taking into account the development of digital and information technologies that have a direct impact on the purchase process. Today, the consumer has constant access to the Internet, is always in touch, which allows us to state the emergence of a new segment of consumers, which are usually called digital or Omni-channel. Omni-channel consumers use multiple marketing channels when planning product purchases, as well as multiple devices, so understanding their actions will allow the company to further provide such customers with a unified customer experience. In order to study the behavior model of omnichannel consumers in the process of purchasing various categories of goods, the author suggests using the method of forming a consumer gate map, which consists of the main elements of the purchase decision-making process: find, buy, get, share. A consumer survey is used as the main method for creating a gate map. For this purpose, the author has developed a block diagram of the questionnaire, which can be adapted for organizations of various industry areas in the study of consumer behavior models. Based on the above, the article presents the results of forming a map of the gates of Shoe consumers. The results of the study indicate a high degree of use by consumers of various marketing channels, a combination of offline and online space when making a purchase of the product category in question. The main marketing channels that consumers use are offline stores, online stores, mobile apps, and Instagram. The results obtained allow us to conclude that it is necessary to abandon the isolation of marketing channels in favor of a comprehensive, integrated approach: the same potential buyer uses several offline and online channels at the same time, which are complementary and interchangeable, and can lead to a purchase.

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the foreign experience of promoting goods and / or services to foreign markets through organizing and participating in international exhibition activities, which, in General, has a significant impact on national competitiveness. The subject of the research is the existing significant international business events that promote products and services to foreign markets. The main condition for sustainable development of the country in the long term is the creation and development of strong foundations for the competitiveness of its economy at the world level through active financing of innovations, as well as the exchange of new knowledge, technologies and new experience - this combination is the essence of exhibition activities. In foreign practice (USA, Finland, and Canada), there is a fairly extensive experience in successfully organizing major exhibitions and forums of a single-industry nature, and the economic indicators and high level of export development in these countries given by the authors of the study indicate a significant economic effect of exhibition activities for their economic systems. Based on the results of the study, Russia should adopt successful foreign experience in conducting single-industry exhibitions, festivals and forums to promote products that are less competitive and less popular on the world stage in specific areas of production in order to further develop the infrastructure for international competitiveness of goods and/or services. When writing the work, we used methods of system and comparative analysis, expert assessments, and generalization. The scope of application of the results is management decision-making processes in terms of choosing directions and methods for promoting Russian products and services to foreign markets by attracting international business events to the Russian Federation and participating in similar events on the territory of other countries. Abstract
The article deals with transnational corporations, whose role is determined not only by the formation of the mechanism of evolution of the international division of labor, but also contributing to the deepening and expansion of the international division of labor in terms of knowledge, value chain and market. Developed countries have intentionally or unintentionally exploited this internal link between transnational corporations and the international division of labor, thereby establishing the dominant position of transnational corporations in developed countries in the current system of international division of labor. Based on this, China should vigorously develop multinational companies and actively use the international division of labor system to fully exploit China's comparative advantages and international competitive advantages to achieve the goal of promoting China's industrial development. Within the framework of the article, recommendations are developed that will increase the competitive advantages of local companies that perform a large number of transnational operations. The implementation of the concept of scientific development, the definition of development goals and the strengthening of macro-management and strategic planning are among the key ones. It is proposed to create an investment eco-environment, improve the system for evaluating the operations of multinational enterprises and create a comprehensive service platform for foreign investment. On the part of the state, it is necessary to expand and develop local enterprises, support enterprises in establishing and acquiring research institutes abroad and promote the modernization of domestic products and technologies, simplify the procedures for the departure of personnel of foreign investment enterprises, strengthen the financial and tax policy of supporting transnational enterprises, support the financing policy and improve the credit quality of transnational operations. Within the framework of the mechanism, it is proposed to increase the level of cluster development of foreign enterprises, to use the advantages of a unique location. A more detailed description of the proposed recommendations is reflected in the article.
