Abstract

The article is devoted to the organization of mathematical KVN. The goals and objectives of this event are spelled out. Attention is drawn to the fact that the content of the competition for students of economic specialties has a number of features. It is concluded that it is necessary to take into account the economic orientation of the competition tasks. The KVN methodology is shown on the material of such traditional contests as "Warm-up", "Visiting card", "Captains contest", "Homework", contests for fans. The course of each competition, the purpose of its holding for the jury, for the organizers, is described in detail. In particular, a variant of organizing a warm-up competition using mathematical anecdotes and portraits of mathematicians is shown. The course of the "Erudition" competition for fans has been registered. Particular attention in the article is paid to home competitions. Using the example of mathematical KVN, held at the Siberian Institute of Business and Information Technologies, the technology of choosing a name for a team, a script for a greeting and a home competition is shown. The proposed scenarios are based on reasoning that violates semiotic transformations. The presence of humor is provided by a violation of the logic of mathematical transformations, which inevitably leads to incorrectness and absurdity of reasoning. The contests demonstrate the paradoxes of mathematics associated with division, multiplication and addition of numbers. The stages of creating a plot for the home competition "How I Love Mathematics" are detailed. The history of the emergence of a well-known mathematical anecdote called "28/7 = 13", a variant of its transformation for competitive display in an economic university is given. Among the features of the organization of this event, the following was highlighted: the presence of economic and mathematical components of the competition tasks; appeal to such forms of humor as a mathematical anecdote, paradox, sophism. It is noted that the proposed competitions can be easily adapted for conducting KVN in other disciplines, and new ones can be created on their basis.

Abstract

The article makes sense of the influence of the methodology of competencies in vocational education on the methods of training on the example of the discipline "Professional ethics and service etiquette" in professional educational organizations of the police. The methodology for training professional police personnel has manifested itself with regard to training in police ethics. In different ways, a set of methods for teaching professional (police) ethics to employees of internal affairs bodies has developed in Russia and a number of European countries. Attention to the moral culture of a police officer, traditionally significant in Russian educational organizations, is the essence of the new methodology. It is methodically correct to immediately combine the acquisition of knowledge with the second stage of the formation of the moral consciousness of the person – the transformation of the ethical knowledge of listeners into their own norms and beliefs. The selected ethical content is provided in the very first classes, which forms the moral consciousness of the police officer related to the professional activities of the police. The methods of competent training in police ethics training emphasize its applied nature. A significant increase in the number of practical classes allows you to apply active methods: modeling professional situations in the audience, writing essays on a given topic. The deontological method, which is a system of working with texts that record the moral duty of the police, is relevant. The new Russian Code of Ethics and Official Conduct affects police officers through the consolidation of standards of conduct in the service and abroad, bringing requirements to the personnel, awareness of their importance by each employee. The change in the methodology of professional education rearranges not only the methods of organizing the educational process, but also the choice of educational disciplines, which will certainly affect the level of professional morality in the Russian police.

Abstract

The article discusses the problem of creating a system of assessment tools for the formation of professional competencies, the definition of criteria and indicators for assessing their formation. An approach to assessing the formation of a competence, based on its structural components (readiness, abilities and conditions that act as appropriate criteria), and the function of the system of assessment tools (diagnostic, cumulative, prognostic, analytical, integrative, training), which can be implemented in the context of the introduction of modular educational programs of the university in accordance with the updated standard of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++ are substantiated on the basis of an analysis of research by several authors. The aim of the work is to substantiate and describe the possibilities of using the system of assessment tools for the formation of professional competencies of a future teacher of physics and computer science within the framework of elective disciplines. When conducting current control, the author proposes to use a set of educational tasks of various levels of complexity (basic, advanced, in-depth) and complex tasks, a distinctive feature of which is the level of complexity of the problem that forms their basis, to form and evaluate the components of professional competencies. When conducting intermediate control, students should be offered a final work in the form of an essay, in which they must present and justify the author's position on the stated problem. The article provides examples of educational tasks of various levels of complexity and complex assignments that can be completed by students within the elective discipline "Modern means of assessing learning outcomes (physics, computer science)" when studying the section "State final certification of students (OGE, USE)". The research results can be used to create a system of assessment tools for the formation of professional competencies and its application in teaching future physics and computer science teachers within the curriculum disciplines, including in distance learning.

Abstract

The article deals with the methodological aspects of teaching productive types of speech activity in the process of learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university at the present stage of science and society development. Attention is drawn to the difficulties in teaching a foreign language associated with the implementation of the universal competence that a graduate who has mastered a bachelor's degree program must have — the ability to carry out business communication in oral and written forms in the state language of the Russian Federation and a foreign language. In its turn, business communication is carried out to solve a number of problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction. At the same time, the difficulties lie in the fact that interpersonal and intercultural interaction implies the development of communication skills with native speakers, and university students most often do not have constant contacts with them, and such interaction implies the need to master the rules of speech behavior in certain communicative situations, but students are faced with the lack of visual behavioral scenarios. It is proposed to solve these problems by organizing the process of teaching a foreign language using multimedia technologies, which provide students with the opportunity to get acquainted with visual scenarios of communicative behavior of native speakers of the studied language and form motivation to communicate with them. The concept of Computer-assisted language learning is described as a scientific direction that arose due to the rapid development of ICT and multimedia. It studies the theoretical and practical aspects of the use of multimedia technologies in the process of language teaching in the new conditions of digitalization of education. Attention is drawn to the fact that a modern teacher of a foreign language should be ready to use ICT in the formation of language, speech and communication competencies in students. The article describes the personal experience of using SCORM technologies as an effective method for teaching productive types of speech activity and as an approach to solving a number of tasks related to the implementation of educational standards. The variants of using SCORM technologies in teaching a foreign language are described and analyzed. Based on practical experience, it is concluded that the use of SCORM technologies in practice not only helps students to consolidate the knowledge of the studied lexical and grammatical material in an interactive form, which contributes to a deeper assimilation of knowledge and motivates their interest in learning the language, but also allows the teacher to implement effective training in productive types of speech activity, that implies speaking in certain communicative situations, including the development of the rules of speech behavior. The results of the study can be applied to the development of foreign language courses in full-time and distance format.

Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of organizing and implementing educational activities in the Omsk branch of the Synergy University. The aim of the study was to identify the features of the educational activities of the Omsk branch of the University "Synergy". The research was based on: documents on educational work (programs and plans for educational activities of the branch, reports on self-examination of the branch), interviews with employees of the branch. The chronological scope of the study was limited from 2005 to 2021. The selection of materials for the study was carried out by random sampling. The analysis of the data obtained made it possible to identify the goals and objectives of educational activities in different academic years, to determine the successive directions of educational activities with students in the branch, to see new trends in the development of programs and plans for educational activities. As a result of the study, it became clear that when carrying out educational activities with students, the pedagogical staff of the branch prioritizes such a goal as creating conditions for the formation of a professionally and socially competent student's personality.

We also found that for 10 years the following areas remain unchanged for educational activities carried out with students within the walls of the branch: professional-labor (labor), organizational, patriotic (military-patriotic, civilpatriotic), spiritual and moral, aesthetic ( moral and aesthetic, cultural and aesthetic), sports and health. But in the context of the development of educational activities with the students of the branch at the present stage, the teaching staff of the branch proposed new directions of educational activities with students, namely: charitable activities and prevention of self-relieving behaviors and antisocial manifestations in the student environment. The analysis also showed that one of the striking features of educational activities in the branch is the preservation and continuous development of their own original educational activities.

Abstract

The article describes the possibilities of the workshop for conducting training sessions on the academic discipline (section) "Fundamentals of Criminology" for the organization of independent work of students. The purpose of the study was to consider options for independent educational activities of students when teaching the academic discipline (section) "Fundamentals of Criminology" for persons first recruited into the service of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation as an employee "Policeman". Taking into account the peculiarities of the training of this category of persons, such as the detailed regulation of the study and extracurricular time of students and the additional load in the form of performing a variety of official duties, including at night (carrying orders, protecting public order, etc.), and as a result , there is little free personal time, the authors needed to find opportunities for a highquality organization of independent work of students, for which, in accordance with the approximate curriculum and the approximate calendar training schedule, 14 hours are allocated. This is an option when, for some reason, the student was absent from the training lesson, and he needs to fill in the missing training material. This is an option when the student shows a special interest in studying this academic discipline (section).

Abstract

The article is devoted to the need to modernize approaches to pricing in the provision of paid medical services by public institutions in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that currently, in a situation of lack of financial support, health care institutions are experiencing a shortage of funds necessary to cover their needs. This explains the need to develop measures to improve the pricing system for paid medical services as one of the promising areas of health care development in the face of underfunding in this strategically important area of the development of the state as a whole.

The aim of the work is to develop a modernizing approach to improving the pricing policy in the field of paid medical services.

The article substantiates the need to develop a pricing policy of medical institutions in order to improve their financial support. Based on foreign experience, a financial model of the loyalty program for the Omsk Region Budget Healthcare Institution "Clinical Cardiology Dispensary"was developed. The economic effect of the introduction of the loyalty program, extended to patients who seek medical care on a paid basis, was also calculated.

To study the mechanism of improving the price policy, such general scientific research methods as induction, deduction, synthesis, analysis, comparison, formalization, concretization, system analysis, classification, and scenario method of forecasting economic phenomena were used.

In the course of the study, the following conclusions were formulated: the loyalty program under consideration can be considered effective for implementation. The return on sales has a value of 45%, which is a positive effect. Modernization activities aimed at developing partnerships with patients based on the proposed loyalty program in the medical field are an opportunity to create a positive environment that encourages the development of long – term relationships between patients and the medical institution, which is a measure of development not only of a single medical institution in the public sector, but also of the entire healthcare system of the country.

The developed methodology was tested on the example of the Omsk Region Budget Healthcare Institution "Clinical Cardiology Dispensary". Its implementation will increase the income of the budget healthcare institution, which will undoubtedly have an impact on its financial capabilities.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of forming financial controlling in an industrial holding. The purpose of the article is to form the concept of a systematic approach to financial controlling in complex integrated structures.

The research is based on theoretical methods of study, generalization and analysis. The basis of the work is the fundamental works of domestic and foreign authors on the problems of financial controlling.

Based on the analysis of scientific works of various authors, the concept of financial controlling is presented as information support and economic justification of probabilistic scenarios and possible measures to prevent them using tools for analyzing and identifying cause-and-effect relationships, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of the company's activities in the short and long term by constantly monitoring the company's progress towards its goals. It is concluded that the proposed concept of financial controlling, based on the implementation of continuous monitoring and control of business processes, provides a multi-variant roadmap for the development of complex holding structures and situational response to negative changes in the external environment for the holding.

Summarizing the above it can be noted that the financial controlling in terms of a systemic approach should be considered as taking place continuously, aimed at supporting the management system in the information-analytical, methodological and instrumental aspects in order to ensure the implementation of goals, ensure efficiency in the short and long term, using the analysis of alternative options for using the resources available to the economic entity to achieve the goal of functioning of the economic entity – improving the efficiency of functioning in a constantly changing external environment, as well as maximizing the ownership of its shareholders.

Abstract

Gerontomarketing or seniorenmarketing for over 20 years has been one of the most relevant areas of marketing activities for many companies. In fact, it is a comprehensive analysis and consideration of the peculiarities of older age groups of the population, the philosophy of life perception of society in conditions of aging, values in the formation of consumer choice. However, the recent changes require the addition of some of its concepts to increase the efficiency of the tools. The first of all, this is due to changes in demographic dynamics, that means an increase in the proportion of the population over the working age. The article examines the statistics of changes in the number of age groups in different countries, as evidence that this phenomenon is a global trend. It is projected that by 2050 the older generation will be almost 2 billion people. Another proven trend is the change in the value system of generations approaching the «silver age» The authors of the article analyzed the features of the changes taking place. A comparison of the basic spiritual, moral, socio-cultural and economic values of representatives of three generations – «Silent Generation», «Baby Boomers» and «Generation X» is carried out. The research, presented in the work, shows how the changed values affect the characteristics of the behavior of older people in the market environment. The analysis of the research results made it possible to form a number of key recommendations on the use of various technologies of influence on the representatives of the «silver age» generation. Using this information, companies can better marketing interaction with different segments of consumers, taking into account the characteristics of each of them.

Abstract

Financial policy determines the behavior of an enterprise in a market environment, forms its market position, depending on the availability of financial resources, methods and directions of their use. In many ways, problems such as lack of funds, lack or decline in demand for products (services), ineffective production technologies, irrational management of the organization as a whole and personnel in particular are the result of errors in the development process. This means that at a certain point in time, the management of the company, the managers made incorrect management decisions, the peculiarities of the current period of development of both the internal and external environment of the organization were not taken into account. As a result, such organizations begin to drift away from their strategic goals. The implementation of financial policy without reference to the stages of the life cycle is a known path to the bankruptcy of an organization. The work determines the importance of a detailed study of life cycle models, analysis of the features of the implementation of such a theory in practice, together with decisions on financial policy for building financial management mechanisms that combine those tools and technologies that at this stage of the organization's development most beneficially contribute to the achievement of strategic goals. When writing the work, the methods and tools of economic analysis, the method of formal logic, grouping, analysis and synthesis, as well as methods of observation and comparison were used. The theoretical and methodological basis for this study was the normative and legislative acts, statistical information of the FSGS, facts, conclusions and provisions that were published in scientific literature and periodicals, data contained in the works of domestic and foreign scientific literature, as well as the results of the authors' own research. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of financial managers applying the developed detailed recommendations in the process of forming and implementing financial policy, depending on the stage of the life cycle.

Abstract

An approach to assessing the probabilities of threats realization based on Markov random process is proposed in the article. In the system of indicators characterizing a certain area of economic safety, a stable state is distinguished, in which the values of all indicators are within the acceptable values, and several unstable states, in which some of the indicators are beyond the acceptable values. Transitions of the system between states are supposed under the influence of a certain set of threats to economic security in the form of an inhomogeneous Markov process. A feature of the model is that the rates of the transitions depends on the quantity of budgetary funds allocated by the structures responsible for monitoring the level of economic security, on eliminating potential threats or to weaken their action. It's shown that under certain constraints on the parameters of the model, a stationary regime is setting in the system, in which the probabilities of the system states don't depend on time. An algorithm for modeling the process of changing the states of the system at some finite time interval and calculating the final probabilities of states is described, based on the Monte Carlo method. A modeling program has been developed and the simplest example is given when budget funds are allocated in equal parts at regular intervals, regardless of the system state. It's shown that the results of imitation modeling are coincided with the analytical final distribution obtained from the Kolmogorov equations. The model and its program implementation can be useful tool for regional authorities dealing with the problems of monitoring economic safety and scenario forecasting of the socio-economic development of the region.

Abstract

The article deals with the organization of the development of small and medium-sized businesses, taking into account current problems and trends in the socio-economic development of society. As a primary task, the author considers the description of the theory of management of financial aspects of small and medium-sized businesses. Methods that were used in the study: description, comparison, analysis, classification, calculation and forecasting. The work used the works of Russian authors: S.S. Demcura, YU.A. Baldina, A.G. Litvinova, A.S. Negorozhina, V.E. Poletaeva. An important element of the country's financial system was and will be the finance of small and medium-sized businesses. Their role should not be underestimated, as they form the monetary funds of Russia, such as social and pension funds, medical insurance, and are also a source of budget revenue. They also perform functions such as job creation and material production. Therefore, small and medium-sized businesses are of high importance in the country and are supported by the state. This is due to the fact that in our time, the main goals of financial managers are such tasks as maintaining an optimal balance of finances in constantly changing conditions with the help of financial instruments, respecting the interests of all stakeholders and developing plans for effective management in the company. For the organizations themselves, the goals are specific social, economic, and financial outcomes. And in order for an economic entity to remain a significant link in the economy, it is necessary to build productive activities aimed at achieving socially significant economic results.
