DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY: INTERACTION BETWEEN BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, AND SOCIETY IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of transformation in the context of the transition to digitalization and the corresponding formation of digital systems, the development of artificial intelligence and the introduction of information technologies. The article examines the evolution of the digital economy, as well as analyzes the changes in the Russian economic system caused by the processes of digitalization. The authors have considered and systematized the types and types of interaction of participants in digital relations. The factors influencing the processes of digital transformation dynamics are identified. Assessing the digitalization of the economy, the emphasis is on digital interaction and the digital transformation of the economic system. Digital interaction is the evolution of market interaction based on the segmentation of subjects of the digital economy. The article discusses the most important aspects of the practice of digital transformation development. The dynamics of digital transformation is determined by the factors of increasing digital literacy, the formation of digital standards and government support for digitalization processes. The effect of digital transformation is not only to increase the competitiveness of companies, but also the emergence of categories such as electronic services, digital money and ecosystems. In conclusion, a conclusion is formed on the directions of modernization of approaches to public and corporate governance of digitalization processes.
