PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION OF A TEACHER: CAUSES AND METHODS OF CORRECTION

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to substantiate the choice of effective methods for eliminating manifestations of professional deformation in the teaching field, taking into account the reasons that contribute to their occurrence. The object of the study is the teaching environment of higher education, and the subject area is professional deformation of the teacher’s activity, which requires identifying the actual causes of the formation of deformations and using an appropriate set of measures to eliminate their negative manifestations. The methodological basis of the article is formed by such methods as analysis of sources, published research data, modeling. As a result of the analysis, the need to take into account the causes of professional deformation is substantiated in order to increase the effectiveness of elimination methods. The results obtained can be used by teachers at any stage of the implementation of professional activity.
