DIGITIZATION OF LAW: FEATURES OF THE PROCESS

Abstract
The article reveals the processes of digitalization of society. The author pays attention to the features of digitalization of law. The specifics of the artificial intelligence system as an integral element of digital transformation are considered. The author has identified current problems in the field of legislative regulation of the legal status of artificial intelligence and proposed recommendations for resolving them.
