THE PROCEDURE AND CONSEQUENCES OF ENTERING INFORMATION ABOUT UN-RELIABILITY IN RELATION TO THE FORMER HEAD OF A LEGAL ENTITY.

Abstract

The article is devoted to current problems of registration of legal entities on the territory of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the procedure for legal regulation and measures to ensure the reliability of information contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and discusses issues of protecting the rights and interests of sole executive bodies who have expressed a desire to resign, information about which, as the heads of a legal entity, is stored in this state register, creditors of this legal entity, as well as other interested third parties.
The article attempts to give a legal assessment of the situation when an existing legal entity is left without a governing body. The author draws attention to the shortcomings of the legislative mechanism for regulating the activities of legal entities, in relation to which there is information about the unreliability of information about the sole executive body.
