The calculations were performed in the IBM SPSS Statistics environment. Research results and discussion. Normal working hours are more attractive to workers, women are more satisfied with higher wages due to overemployment. The gap between satisfied and dissatisfied indicates the excess of the number of respondents who are satisfied with the work in general, as well as with conditions and remuneration. Studies show that in today's socio-economic conditions, a greater number of working people prefer normal employment.
