Abstract

The article discusses the new challenges for doing business that have occurred over the past decade, including those related to the risks of globalization. The necessity of revising the marketing activity management system is substantiated and the key elements of the marketing strategy for the implementation of Agile principles for different types of companies (depending on the size and scale of activity) are proposed.
