Abstract
The relevance of the topic of distance learning has increased in the context of the epidemiological threat caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors of the article note that it was the teacher who found himself in the most difficult situation. The authors proceed from the fact that distance learning is a controlled process, a type of educational activity organized and carried out by an educational institution with the help of media technologies and various educational resources that go beyond the traditional time and space constraints of an educational institution. The article is devoted to the consideration of the basic levels of distance learning culture. The authors of the article give the concept of "culture of distance" learning, reveal its structure. According to the authors of the article, the culture of distance learning consists of 4 levels: the level of teaching, the level of students, the level of technology and the level of method. In the presented materials, the level of teaching and the level of students are considered. The teaching level of distance learning culture is considered on the example of the BIGBLUBATON system in conditions of difficult-tovisible distance learning. The authors state that the teaching level of distance learning culture today is very much dependent on the previous development of teaching skills and knowledge of the teacher himself. Highlighting the level of students is associated with the main perspective of learning: teacher-student. Attributing students to either an object or a subject of learning gives grounds for considering it as a key figure in the learning process. The authors state that at this level there is a need to take into account and monitor the capabilities and changes of students, so that the formation of knowledge, beliefs and norms of behavior does not take place in vain, but aimingly and qualitatively.
