THE VOLUNTEERING OF CHILDREN AND PARENTS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION AS A MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF SOCIAL AND MORAL CULTURE OF SOCIETY

Abstract

The article deals with the priority tasks of the Russian Federation in the field of education of children, which is the development of a highly moral person who shares Russian traditional spiritual values, has relevant knowledge and skills, is able to realize its potential in a modern society, ready for peaceful creation and protection of the Motherland. It is considered that education is the most important function of social life. In this sense, education covers not only the educational work of the kindergarten, children's and youth organizations, the family, the public, but also the whole way of life of society, the ideas prevailing in it. Therefore, it is important that together with the development of society should develop and the process of education as a social phenomenon. Within the framework of the new paradigm of development of the directions of training and education, it is possible to solve the problem of moral education based on a personality - oriented approach, when a person who is a carrier of an intellectual resource capable of creative activity, comes to the fore. In such circumstances, communication is teamwork, cooperation and cooperation, as well as reasoning, dialogue, the presence of pupils ' own proposals, associations, disagreements. From this position, the teacher needs to apply innovative teaching methods and education that develop preschoolers need to work in a team, focusing on the overall result, responsibility for each other's activities in a team, mutual assistance, approval of the results of collective work. The key objective of the Federal state educational standard for pre-school education is to support the diversity of childhood through the creation of conditions for the social situation of assistance to adults and children for the development of the abilities of each child. That is, its main purpose and importance - positive socialization of preschoolers. The author came to the conclusion that the establishment of the volunteer movement of children and parents in pre-school educational institution as a social institution, which should prepare for life, to develop a moral identity that separates Russia's traditional spiritual values, which have relevant knowledge and skills to realize their potential in conditions of modern society, a priority of the Russian Federation in the sphere of education of children at the present time. Life is not only academic knowledge. It is the development of certain qualities of life.
