INTERACTION OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION AND SCHOOL WITHIN VIRTUAL METHODICAL ASSOCIATION: EXPERIENCE OF THE OMSK STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Article it is devoted the presentations of experience of virtual methodical merging of pedagogical higher education institution and school in questions of the organization of effective student teaching of students at school. Article is the purpose statement of a problem of the organization of high-quality pratkikooriyentirovanny training of students of pedagogical higher education institution. Such preparation cannot be presented without involvement in process of its realization of teachers and administration of school where the student is distributed on student teaching today. Besides both the administration and teachers of schools are interested in the organization of effective student teaching. The solution of the problem of preparation of pedagogical shots is the general task which can be solved in a close linking of higher education institution and school, collaboration of teachers of the pedagogical university and teachers of school. Such interaction makes sense and seems effective only in case positions of higher education institution and school coincide if teachers of school are involved in educational process of higher education institution, have an idea of the purposes of each type of practice of students, are familiar with the content of practice, understand and see the student of pedagogical higher education institution in the environment of school, are ready to give support and to realize effective maintenance during practice at school. The solution of the put problem is training of teachers and administration of schools for the organization of effective pedagogical escort of students at school during practical training. This preparation is not represented possible internally. In article approach to the organization of such interaction online, within the organization of virtual methodical association is described. Such interaction allows to solve the current problems arising in professional activity of both school teachers, and teachers of higher education institutions, gives an opportunity of online consultation on the arising professional problems.
