ECONOMIC SAFETY OF RUSSIA LIVING STANDARDS OF THE POPULATION

Based on the current regulatory documents, a modern interpretation of "economic security" is presented. The main challenges and threats to economic security are formulated. Challenges and threats that have a significant impact on the standard of living of the population have been identified. The main directions and tasks of the state policy in the field of ensuring economic security are systematized. The main tasks for realization of the direction connected with raising the standard of living of the population are singled out. Systematized the main tasks for implementing the direction related to development of human potential. Indicators of the state of economic security, directly related to the quality of life of the population, are singled out. The relationship between the country's economic security and the standard of living of the population is shown. The decrease in real disposable incomes of the population is proved against the background of a decrease in inflation and an increase in social payments. The author's position on the reasons for the decrease in the level of the real population’s disposable incomes is presented. The interrelations of such indicators of a standard of living of the population, as actually available monetary incomes, a rate of inflation, a salary, social payments are investigated. The author's position on the correlation of political decisions at the state level and the transformation of the wage structure is presented. The impact on real disposable incomes of the population of such mandatory expenses as taxes, utility payments and interest payments on loans was determined. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the standard of living and the state of economic security in Russia. The objectives of the study are: analysis of the current normative interpretation of the concept of economic security in the Russian Federation; systematization of quality indicators in terms of economic security; determining the impact of increasing social benefits and real social benefits and real disposable incomes. Methods of research: substantive analysis of the main regulatory documents in the field of economic security; analysis of statistical data on the standard of living; system analysis of the relationship between economic security indicators and indicators of the standard of living. Results of the study:a rather rigid relationship between the state of the standard of living and the level of economic security is proved; the reasons for the decrease in the standard of living are revealed against the background of an increase in social payments.
