ANALYSIS OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF USING DIGITAL RESOURCES IN SCHOOL MEDIATION: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Abstract
Modern digital technologies can make the process of conflict resolution and prevention at school more flexible, accessible and effective, ensuring efficiency, transparency and convenience for students, their parents, teachers and school administration. The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate the possibilities of effective use of digital technologies and resources in the process of implementing school mediation practices. Research objectives: to consider the advantages and disadvantages of using digital resources, to identify their potential for developing constructive conflict resolution skills; to analyze how digital tools can be adapted for use in school mediation. To achieve these goals, an analysis of sources on the use of digital resources in the field of conflict resolution at school was conducted. The article considers the main possibilities and disadvantages of using digital technologies in the work of a school mediator; presents an analysis of scientific publications on the use of digital technologies in mediation; considers the main possibilities and directions of integration of digital technologies into school mediation; provides examples of developments of both domestic and foreign authors of digital tools, applications, services and platforms to support the professional activities of a school mediator; The possibilities of digital technologies of domestic developers are considered, which allow the mediator of the educational institution to track progress in conflict resolution, keep records of the sessions held and analyze the results of their work. The obtained results can be applied in the practice of using digital resources in school mediation.
