Abstract

The article discusses the problem of developing the reflection of a novice teacher. The purpose of the study is to study the conditions and methods for developing the reflection of a novice teacher and his psychological well-being. The methods used in the work are psychological testing and questioning. The results of an empirical study are presented, which indicate the predominance of medium and low levels of reflexivity among beginning teachers. In the ratio of types of reflection for beginnersteachers, reflection of real activity is expressed to a lesser extent.

The basis for studying the relationship between reflexivity and psychological well-being is determined. Differences in the parameters of psychological well-being of beginning teachers with different levels of reflexivity were revealed. A predominance of an average level of psychological well-being among beginning teachers was discovered, with average and low levels of development of personal reflection. They are also divided into groups (communicative, organizational, constructive) and describe the difficulties that teachers face at the beginning of their professional activities.

The data obtained in the study served as the basis for developing a series of supporting classes for beginning teachers to master the practice of reflexive analysis of problematic situations in professional activity, creating prerequisites for increasing the level of psychological well-being.
