NATIONAL PROJECTS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP: JOINT CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN REGIONS

Abstract
An increase in the share of entrepreneurship in the regions of Russia will contribute to the economic growth of the regions, the creation of new industries, additional jobs, the development of innovative infrastructure and a significant improvement in the quality of life of those employed in business and the entire population. This study is aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of the implementation of the National Project «Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative», identifying problem areas, assessing the impact on the development of the regional economy, and the level of involvement of potential project participants. The purpose of the study is to identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the activities carried out and stimulate the growth of the regional economy through the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems. The analysis of the implementation of the National project «Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative» on the key indicators of four federal projects was carried out. The indicator of the «Number of newly created SMEs» in terms of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is detailed. The instruments of state support using the Digital Platform have been identified. Recommendations have been developed for the formation of practical proposals to support regional entrepreneurship.
