https://doi.org/10.24412/2225-8264-2025-1-924

Abstract

The article considers the possibility of managing joint Russian-Chinese investment and construction projects in the context of rapid digitalization. A project and business process management system for an investment and construction company is proposed using well-known and popular modern software in the world, which is proposed to be integrated on a single digital platform. Given the joint Russian-Chinese activities, it is advisable to build management on international management principles, using well-known information systems and their abbreviations, which will be understandable for specialists from Russia and China. This innovative proposal will make it possible to effectively switch to the process business model of an investment and construction company and implement a phased digital transformation into a digital twin, which will increase efficiency, reduce risks and increase profitability.
