Целью данной статьи является анализ научной литературы, разработка и обоснование модели развития ИКТ-компетентности будущих бакалавров профиля «Computer Science» в условиях полиязычия. Применяемые при исследовании методы были выбраны в соответствии с рассматриваемой темой и включают методическую систему подготовки бакалавров данного профиля. Представленная в модели методическая система состоит из цели, содержания, методов, средств, форм обучения. В результате исследования представлен анализ теоретического материала по теме исследования. Рассмотрен социально-конструктивистский подход к трактовке понятия «межличностные коммуникации», рассматривается методология их применения. Актуализируется значение компетентности в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий в многоязычной среде. Рассмотрение процесса развития ИКТ-компетентности при помощи навыков межличностных коммуникации в выполнений различных видов деятельности, таких как проекты в команде, митапы, форумы, дискуссии, интервью, платформы для совместного кодинга, профессиональные пробы, инициирующие коммуникативные ситуации, а также применения ИКТ-инструментов для сотрудничества на занятиях наделяет исследуемую тему актуальностью и новизной. Практическая значимость данной темы заключается в возможности использовать результаты исследования в педагогической и методической деятельности, связанной с проблемами подготовкой бакалавров в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A future specialist in the field of information technology, along with professional skills, needs interpersonal communication skills. The purpose of this article is to analyze scientific literature, develop and substantiate a model for the development of ICT competence of future bachelors of the Computer Science profile in a multilingual environment. The methods used in the study were selected in accordance with the topic under consideration and include a methodological system for training bachelors of this profile. The methodological system presented in the model consists of the goal, content, methods, means, and forms of training. As a result of the study, an analysis of theoretical material on the topic of the study is presented. The social-constructivist approach to the interpretation of the concept of «interpersonal communications» is considered, and the methodology of their application is considered. The importance of competence in the field of information and communication technologies in a multilingual environment is updated. Consideration of the process of ICT competence development using interpersonal communication skills in the performance of various activities, such as team projects, meetups, forums, discussions, interviews, platforms for joint coding, professional tests, initiating communicative situations, as well as the use of ICT tools for collaboration in the classroom, makes the topic under study relevant and novel.
