В статье анализируется влияние и значение работы куратора в успешной адаптации студентов в вузе. Целью данной статьи является обоснование осуществления кураторской работы со студентами в вузе как одного из условий успешной адаптации студентов в вузе на основе реализации фасилитативного обучения, направленного на самостоятельное и осмысленное овладение знаниями студентами в вузе. В статье дается анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта кураторства и фасилитативного обучения. Представлены психоло-педагогические требования, предъявляемые к куратору и преподавателю-фасилитатору в отечественной педагогике: личностные качества, владение техниками и приемами общения со студентами, методами фасилитации (речевое воздействие). Выявлены преимущества кураторства на основе фасилитативного обучения. На основе изучения литературы, анкетирования, практического опыта была создана модель деятельности куратора. Выделены и обоснованы функции (информативная, организационная, коммуникативная, контролирующая, творческая), характеристики (целенаправленность, мотивированность, эффективность), этапы деятельности куратора студенческой группы. В соответствии с критерием эффективность выявлены уровни профессионально-педагогической деятельности куратора.
Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при управлении внеучебной и учебной деятельностью вуза и воспитательной работой со студентами администрацией вуза и преподавателями на практических занятиях, и на занятиях по контролю самостоятельной работы в вузе.
The article analyzes the influence and importance of the curator’s work in the successful adaptation of students at the university. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the implementation of curatorial work with students at the university as one of the conditions for successful adaptation of students at the university based on the implementation of facilitative learning aimed at independent and meaningful mastery of knowledge by students at the university. The article provides an analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of curation and facilitation training. The article presents the psychological and pedagogical requirements for a curator and a teacher-facilitator in Russian pedagogy: personal qualities, mastery of techniques and techniques of communication with students, methods of facilitation (speech influence). The advantages of curation based on facilitative learning are revealed. Based on the study of literature, questionnaires, and practical experience, a model of the curator’s activity was created. The functions (informative, organizational, communicative, controlling, creative), characteristics (purposefulness, motivation, effectiveness), stages of activity of the curator of the student group are highlighted and justified. In accordance with the effectiveness criterion, the levels of professional and pedagogical activity of the curator are revealed.
The results of the study can be used in the management of extracurricular and educational activities of the university and educational work with students by the university administration and teachers in practical classes, and in classes on the control of independent work at the university.
