В статье раскрывается проблема формирования информационной компетенции учителей в процессе разработки электронной образовательной среды. На современном этапе глобальная информатизация активно внедряется в образовательный процесс, в том числе и для профессиональной деятельности учителей. Цифровые инструменты очень важны в процессе обучения для школьников. Выявлена основная роль учителя в условиях цифровизации для обучения школьников в рамках информационной компетенции. Приведены результаты зарубежных исследователей, где актуализируется насущная проблема слабого применения цифровых инструментов учителями на уроках. Представлена модель формирования информационной компетенции учителей в процессе разработки электронной образовательной среды, состоящая из цели и задач, условий, критериев и основных инструментов для разработки электронной образовательной среды с целью эффективного формирования информационной компетенции у учителей. Так, основными критериями являются мотивационный, когнитивный и деятельностный. Основными инструментами являются: электронные онлайн-платформы, образовательные порталы, всероссийские образовательные сайты, электронные учебники и статьи. Методологией контроля являются: опрос учителей, тестирование с помощью ситуативных задач, выявлении стратегии поведения в отношении электронной образовательной среды (применение, адаптация, разработка). Также предложены основные этапы формирования информационной компетенции учителей в процессе разработки электронной образовательной среды. Охарактеризованы стадии развития информационной компетенции. Рассмотрены основные виды выполняемой деятельности и используемые цифровые инструменты для разработки электронной образовательной среды. Таким образом, учителю предоставляются различные инструменты для разработки электронной среды, из которых он выбирает наиболее удобные именно для него самого при подготовке к уроку.
The article reveals the problem of the formation of the information competence of teachers in the process of developing an electronic educational environment. At the present stage, global informatization is actively being introduced into the educational process, including for the professional activities of teachers. Digital tools are very important in the learning process for schoolchildren. The main role of the teacher in the context of digitalization for teaching schoolchildren within the framework of information competence has been identified. The results of foreign researchers are presented, where the urgent problem of the weak use of digital tools by teachers in the classroom is updated. A model for the formation of information competence of teachers in the process of developing an electronic educational environment is presented, consisting of goals and objectives, conditions, criteria and basic tools for developing an electronic educational environment in order to effectively form information competence among teachers. So, the main criteria are motivational, cognitive and activity. The main tools are: electronic online platforms, educational portals, all-Russian educational websites, electronic textbooks and articles. The control methodology is: a survey of teachers, testing with the help of situational tasks, identifying a strategy of behavior in relation to the electronic educational environment (application, adaptation, development). The main stages of the formation of the information competence of teachers in the process of developing an electronic educational environment are also proposed. The stages of information competence development are characterized. The main types of activities performed and the digital tools used for the development of an electronic educational environment are considered. Thus, the teacher is provided with various tools for developing an electronic environment, from which he chooses the most convenient for him in preparation for the lesson.
