Целью статьи является описание методики организации работы над эссе как видом письменной деятельности в вузе с акцентом на требования к преподавателю и студенту в новых реалиях. Научная новизна исследования заключается в обосновании методического потенциала эссе по русскому языку и культуре общения как перспективного вида письменной работы в высшей школе. Особое внимание уделено интеграции лингвистических, культурологических и психолого-педагогических аспектов, что позволяет рассматривать эссе не только как инструмент контроля знаний, но и как средство развития творческой и аналитической активности обучающихся. Предложенная методика может служить основой для совершенствования практики преподавания гуманитарных дисциплин в вузах. В основе методологии работы лежит системный анализ эссе как элемента образовательной системы высшей школы, его роли в формировании компетенций студентов. Использованы эмпирические методы исследования: анализ письменных работ студентов Сибирского института бизнеса и информационных технологий, описание практического опыта преподавания. В качестве вспомогательных методов исследования использованы количественный метод, разработка алгоритма и критериев оценки эссе.
Автор статьи пришел к следующим выводам: эссе призвано не только раскрыть творческий потенциал студента, способствовать критическому осмыслению действительности, но и развитию языковых, коммуникативных, учебных и профессиональных навыков. Полученные результаты могут быть применены преподавателями, практикующими данный вид письменного задания.
The purpose of this article is to describe the methodology for organizing work on essays as a type of written activity in higher education, with a focus on the requirements for teachers and students in the new realities. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the justification of the methodological potential of essays on the Russian language and communication culture as a promising type of written work in higher education. Special attention is given to the integration of linguistic, cultural, and psychological-pedagogical aspects, which allows the essay to be viewed not only as a tool for testing knowledge, but also as a means of developing students' creative and analytical skills. The proposed methodology can serve as a basis for improving the practice of teaching humanities in higher education institutions The methodology of the work is based on a systematic analysis of the essay as an element of the higher education system and its role in shaping students' competencies. The study uses empirical research methods, including the analysis of students' written works at the Siberian Institute of Business and Information Technologies and the description of practical teaching experience. Quantitative methods, the development of an algorithm and criteria for evaluating essays, are also employed as auxiliary research methods.
The author of the article came to the following conclusions: the essay is intended not only to reveal the student's creative potential and promote critical thinking about reality, but also to develop language, communication, academic, and professional skills. The results obtained can be applied by teachers who practice this type of written assignment.
