Целью статьи является обобщение, анализ и систематизация современных практик регулирования использования искусственного интеллекта в высшем образовании. Исследование основано на данных крупнейших университетов, а также российских и международных опросов, аналитических отчетов, обзоре научных публикаций, посвященных проблемам применения искусственного интеллекта в образовании. В работе выделены ключевые направления регулирования и интеграции искусственного интеллекта в образование, а также выделены общие тенденции в разработке политик в области применения искусственного интеллекта. Исследование может быть востребовано в академической и административной среде. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper examines the process of recognizing and integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational processes of Russian and foreign universities, describes how universities determine its place, role and acceptability in various aspects of educational activities, including educational and research activities. The purpose of the paper is to summarize, analyze and systematize modern practices of regulating the use of artificial intelligence in higher education. The study is based on data from major universities, as well as Russian and international surveys, analytical reports, and a review of scientific publications on the use of artificial intelligence in education. The paper highlights key areas of regulation and integration of AI in education, as well as highlights general trends in the development of AI application policies.
