Статья посвящена цифровизации, ставшей неотъемлемой составляющей повышения эффективности деятельности современных предприятий, определяющей их конкурентоспособность и устойчивость в условиях динамичной внешней среды. Целью статьи является анализ факторов успешной цифровой трансформации предприятий. Для достижения цели были решены следующие задачи: определены ключевые факторы цифровой трансформации предприятий; выявлены способы и механизмы ее реализации; сформулированы критериев успеха, позволяющие компаниям различных отраслей и масштабов повысить уровень цифровой зрелости; исследованы барьеры, противодействующие внедрению цифровых технологий на предприятиях; разработаны рекомендации, содействующие повышению эффективности процесса цифровизиации на основе пересмотра устоявшиеся бизнес-моделей. В статье используются системные, экспертные и графоаналитические методы и подходы. В результате исследования были разработаны методические рекомендации для предприятий, применение которых позволит повысить эффективность процесса цифровизиации на основе пересмотра устоявшиеся бизнес-моделей и совершенствования рабочих процессов. Предлагаемые в статье рекомендации могут быть использованы руководителями и специалистами предприятий для разработки эффективных программ цифровой трансформации.
The article is devoted to digitalization, which has become an integral component of improving the efficiency of modern enterprises, determining their competitiveness and sustainability in a dynamic external environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the factors of successful digital transformation of enterprises. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the key factors of digital transformation of enterprises were identified; the ways and mechanisms of its implementation were revealed; the criteria of success were formulated, allowing companies of various industries and scales to increase their level of digital maturity; the barriers that hinder the implementation of digital technologies in enterprises were studied; and recommendations were developed to enhance the efficiency of the digitalization process by revising established business models. The article uses systemic, expert, and graph-analytical methods and approaches. As a result of the study, methodological recommendations were developed for enterprises, the application of which will increase the efficiency of the digitalization process based on the revision of established business models and the improvement of working processes. The recommendations proposed in the article can be used by managers and specialists of enterprises to develop effective digital transformation programs.
